The Challenge
"Before Shipway, we were only using one courier service partner. We instantly realised that one courier service partner might not be able to service all the pin codes. Apart from this, I think RTO is the biggest pain in the industry of D2C in general, plus, as a business owner, comparative pricing is something that is superbly required, because it will just mess up with your P&L."
